About Lemax GO
What is Lemax GO?
Lemax GO is the AI-powered multi-day tour operating system for growing tour operators and DMCs. It brings your whole business into one system, so you can create, sell, operate, settle and report on your business in one place. It runs on the same core as Lemax, packaged with proven workflows, and goes live in 90 days.
Who is Lemax GO for?
Lemax GO is for growing multi-day tour operators and DMCs, inbound and outbound, who want one system for their whole business and want to go live fast without an IT team. It fits tailor-made tours, groups and incentives, and fixed departures. If you're running on spreadsheets, inboxes or an older system and your team is stretched as you grow, it's built for you.
Who isn't Lemax GO suitable for?
Lemax GO is built primarily for multi-day tour operators. It also supports day tours, activities and attractions, but isn't designed for businesses that focus mainly on these types of products or for online travel marketplaces. It's also not intended for businesses managing multiple companies or countries within a single system, or for operators who need extensive customisation around their own processes. For those businesses, Lemax Enterprise may be a better fit, and we'll help you determine which solution is right for you.
What's the difference between Lemax GO and Lemax Enterprise?
Lemax GO and Lemax Enterprise share the same core. Lemax GO is packaged with proven workflows, standard integrations and a fixed plan, so you go live in 90 days. Lemax Enterprise is fitted around your business and opens up to your own systems and developers, for operators with several companies, complex integrations or development needs. You can start on Lemax GO and expand into Lemax Enterprise on the same core, without starting over.
Can larger companies use Lemax GO?
Yes, if what you need fits Lemax GO. Size is a guide, not the rule. What matters most is how you want to buy and run the system. If your requirements look more like a tailored project, we'll talk you through Lemax Enterprise instead.
Going live
How long does it take to go live?
Lemax GO goes live in 90 days, on a plan agreed before you sign. The timeline depends on both sides: your data being ready on time and the number of business types you include. We'll talk you through exactly what your implementation looks like.
What happens if the project runs over?
We agree your scope of proven workflows and your go-live date before you sign, so the plan is fixed from day one. Because you're starting from workflows that already run at operators like you, there's no open-ended build to overrun.
Who leads the implementation?
We do. Lemax GO is delivered on a fixed plan, with regular check-ins from kick-off to go-live, so you're never left to drive the project yourself. Everyone you work with, from sales to implementation to customer success, works from the same documented setup, so you never have to re-explain your business.
What do you need from our team?
One person who owns the process, plus two or three part-time key users from sales, operations and finance. We plan their time around your quiet season, so the rest of the team keeps running the business.
What happens to our data?
We migrate it with you. You prepare your products, suppliers and customers (spreadsheets are fine), we load them into Lemax GO, and you check the result. AI Contract Loading speeds up loading your supplier rates for the new season.
What happens to bookings already in our old system?
They stay where they are until those customers have travelled. New bookings go into Lemax GO from go-live, so nothing stops while you switch.
How will our team learn the system?
Your key users learn Lemax GO first, then help the rest of the team. Everyone trains on your own products and bookings, not on a demo, using workflows already running at operators like you.
Price and contract
What does Lemax GO cost?
Your package and implementation price are agreed before you sign. There are three packages, sized to your business, each with standard integrations and support included. We share pricing on a demo, so we can match the right package to how you work.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your package and implementation price are agreed before you sign, standard integrations and support are included, and there are no extra fees for anything in your package. If you add extras later, you'll know the price before you add them.
What happens when we grow?
You won't outgrow Lemax GO. It runs on the same core as Lemax, the system behind operators many times your size. When you need more, such as several companies in one system or your own integrations, you expand into Lemax Enterprise on the same core, without starting over.
Fit and features
What if our business does things a little differently?
Most operators do, and our proven workflows handle a wide range of ways of working across tailor-made tours, groups and incentives, and fixed departures. Before you sign, we run your chosen workflows live in a Solution Fit check, so you see exactly what's covered. If you need the system fitted around something unique to your business, Lemax Enterprise is built for that, and you can expand into it on the same core, without starting over.
What does Lemax GO connect to?
Lemax GO comes with standard connections to the suppliers and channels multi-day operators use most. That includes 80+ bed banks, channel managers such as Phobs, Travia and Nightsbridge, flights through Amadeus and Galileo, with a HubSpot integration on our roadmap. The Supplier Portal add-on lets your suppliers confirm requests online.
Is everything you show us live today?
Yes. Everything we agree before you sign is written into your scope. Anything that isn't live yet is marked as roadmap and never sold as ready. You can also speak to an operator who already runs Lemax GO.
Should we build our own system instead?
You can, but your team would carry all the development and maintenance, and every new supplier, channel or AI feature becomes a new project. Lemax GO gives you 20 years of multi-day tour depth from day one, so your team stays focused on selling rather than running a technology business.
Support and security
What support do we get after go-live?
We stay close in the first weeks after go-live, when most questions come in. After that, every request goes to a support team that knows your setup and tracks it until it's closed. Support runs Monday to Friday during Central European business hours.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Lemax holds ISO certification for information security, and your data is protected to the same standard as our largest customers.
Who is behind Lemax?
Lemax is a founder-led company that has built software for multi-day tour operators for 20 years. We don't answer to outside investors, so we choose our direction and stay focused on improving the product for the operators who use it.
