Your role:

In the role of Software Implementation Consultant, you will independently lead implementation projects from kickoff to go-live owning both the solution and the project delivery at once. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, acting as the trusted point of contact for 2-3 parallel client engagements, guiding tour operators and DMCs toward solutions that create real, lasting value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Independently lead mid-market implementations end to end from kickoff and business analysis through go-live and handover
• Analyze clients’ business processes translating real needs into solutions that create genuine value
• Own the project plan: timeline, scope control, risk management, and budget / margin tracking
• Prepare and lead client workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training, acting as the primary point of contact for status updates and escalations
• Take on complex areas such as integration, financial flows, and data imports, coordinating with Product and Engineering as needed
• Apply AI tools in your daily work from data transformation to UAT case generation to work smarter and faster
• Mentor colleagues, contribute to project documentation, and help shape templates and onboarding materials

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in consulting, implementation, or another client-facing project role
• Proven track record leading project delivery (timeline, scope, and risk management)
• Experience guiding clients through change, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and say “no” with an alternative when needed
• Strong business analysis skills: process mapping, gap analysis, and translating requirements into effective solutions
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and UAT sessions, and working with project / documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Basic technical understanding of integrations, data structures, and system workflows
• University degree (economics highly preferred; engineering, IT, or related fields also welcome)
• Experience in tourism / travel or the SaaS industry is a plus
• Fluency in Croatian and English
