Our Product & Engineering is organized into product streams, and each stream includes the following roles: product manager, software developers, and QA. Streams offer our team a structured approach to managing complex software, fostering specialization, efficiency, and improved customer support while enabling proactive management and development within specific business-functional areas. We are currently looking for a new senior member for our QA team.

From a Senior QA Analyst, we expect to ensure the quality of our product. As we engage more with enterprise clients and pursue ambitious goals for our product’s development, performance, and stability, we recognize the need to enhance our team. The Senior QA Analyst will analyze and test our product throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure that it meets relevant standards and business requirements, while also having the opportunity to influence processes and contribute to the overall quality of the product.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications
  • Performing different types of manual testing 
  • Preparing and executing regression testing before release 
  • Implementing and maintaining performance testing
  • Documenting and reporting defects and tracking them to resolution
  • Analyzing root causes and creating countermeasures for problems
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to testing activities and process improvements
  • Understanding the travel industry and the Lemax domain to analyze existing QA processes to identify areas for improvement and implement QA best practices
  • Establishing and improving quality management throughout the whole company
  • Providing mentorship to colleagues in the department and helping with task coordination
  • Analyzing test results and identifying and reporting associated risks
  • Sharing QA experience and knowledge with colleagues
  • Collaborating as part of a cross-functional team

Who are we looking for in a Senior QA Analyst?

  • 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, preferably in SaaS products
  • A mindset focused on supporting company goals, with a holistic approach
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies and SDLC
  • Expertise in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect report
  • Extensive experience in manual testing 
  • Well-versed in various testing techniques
  • Extensive experience in API testing and performance testing (Postman, jMeter) 
  • Extensive experience with database testing and writing SQL queries
  • Advanced use of task and test management tools (Jira, test management tools)
  • Basic experience and interest in AI-assisted QA tools
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication to signal risks and explain complex ideas and procedures step by step within an organization
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented mindset
