We are looking for a Product Manager with strong execution skills and product expertise to join our growing team. As a Product Manager at Lemax, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering travel technology solutions that power mission-critical operations for travel companies worldwide.

Stepping into this role means diving into the dynamic world of the travel industry while helping shape products used by more than 40 clients across 30+ countries on 6 continents. Your work will directly influence how travel businesses operate and scale, driving meaningful and lasting impact across the industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Owning a dedicated product area, contributing to product decisions, and driving the product development process from concept to completion.
• Contributing to long-term product vision and strategy within a product stream, aligning and prioritizing with organizational goals.
• Product Roadmap execution (defining and maintaining the product roadmap based on delivery plan, client needs, market research, and business goals).
• Managing product portfolio and coordinating resources within the stream.
• Implementing best practices in the SDLC to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Continuous development of knowledge and expertise in the travel industry.
• Tracking KPIs, measuring product success, and presenting value and insights.
• Collaborating with senior product and company leadership on strategic decisions.
• Collaborating closely with the Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Care, and Sales teams to enhance client satisfaction, drive long-term engagement, and support the partnership process with prospective clients.
• Sharing knowledge and supporting team members in their growth and contributions.
• Contributing to the development of best practices for product management processes.

This role is ideal for a Product Manager who enjoys hands-on execution and wants to grow further within a mature product organization, working closely with experienced senior product managers.

What we’re looking for in a Product Manager:

• 6+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with exposure to complex products or portfolios.
• Experience in managing enterprise-level products and projects, working on large-scale solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development principles.
• Hands-on involvement in the Product Roadmap, with a strong focus on operational execution and growing strategic impact over time.
• Ability to bridge technical and business teams, translating concepts effectively.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on value.
• Proficiency in both Croatian and English.
• Proactivity and ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring follow-through.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A knowledge-sharing attitude and willingness to support team collaboration.
• Collaboration across multiple teams, fostering cross-functional alignment and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt working hours when needed to engage with clients across different time zones.
