We seek a mid to senior-level Software Implementation Consultant with experience in complex software implementation projects to join our Implementation team. This role involves leveraging best practices to help scale our company and expand collaborations with enterprise clients. We need someone passionate about business analysis, digitalization, change management, and delivering results who is ready to tackle technically challenging and globally impactful projects.

In this role, you will interact daily with our flagship product (Lemax), contribute to standardizing our solutions in collaboration with other departments, and be a consultant for large implementation projects involving extensive technical aspects. You will create solutions that meet client goals within our existing system while aligning with our future direction.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Managing effective Tier 1 and Tier 2 implementation projects for our flagship product and ensuring product adoption through all project phases
  • Identifying, analyzing, and deeply understanding customers’ requirements and needs from the very beginning, including deep involvement in the pre-sales process
  • Defining solutions and mapping business processes – defining how to effectively map business processes to our product (Business Process Reference Guides, SOP’s, specifications, gap analysis, process workflows…)
  • Managing technical aspects that are part of the implementation project
  • Gaining a deep understanding of complex Lemax areas, such as integrations, API, finances, data imports, etc.
  • Conducting workshops and various training sessions both externally and internally
  • Guiding customers through their main processes and top priorities, challenging current workflows, and helping them improve their business processes
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation
  • Collaborating closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth knowledge transfer of client business processes and to help define the most appropriate solutions
  • Providing feedback to the Product department to help improve various Lemax product areas
  • Mentoring other team members

Who are we looking for in a Software Implementation Consultant?

Experience & Education:

  • 8+ years of consultancy experience in software implementation projects (preferably experience working with product)
  • Experience working on enterprise-level implementations with complex technical requirements, such as integrations, migrations, and new feature development
  • Experience in leading business analysis and decision-making regarding solutions for clients
  • Experience in driving change management within a business with various stakeholders
