As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be an essential part of driving Lemax’s growth by connecting top talent with open roles across business and tech. You’ll focus on leading the hiring process for experienced professionals, working closely with hiring managers to drive the selection process and provide insights that match the right talent to positions where they can thrive. You’ll be more than just a recruiter—you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding hiring decisions and contributing to the overall success of our teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment process for mid/senior-level roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to create candidate profiles and develop strategies to attract talent
- Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts
- Define and implement assessment criteria and ensure a structured evaluation process
- Represent the company to candidates, ensuring a positive experience
- Document candidate and market information
- Monitor and analyze the process to make valuable insights
- Provide continuous feedback to candidates, maintaining open communication
- Prepare and communicate job offers in collaboration with hiring managers
- Mentor junior team members and assist the Talent Acquisition Lead in process improvement
- Stay updated on market trends and contribute to departmental projects
What we’re looking for in Senior Talent Acquisition Partner:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for senior and tech roles. In addition, several years of overall HR experience, with exposure to a broader scope of HR processes
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, with a strong ability to collaborate and build partnerships with hiring managers
- Expertise in strategic hiring and employer branding initiatives
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and the ability to attract top talent across various platforms
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Experience using ATS and data analysis to optimize recruitment efforts
- Ability to mentor team members and support process improvements
- Interest in and up-to-date knowledge of the IT labor market and emerging recruitment trends
