We seek an experienced Solution Consultant whose primary objective is to help our clients recognize our product’s value to their businesses. In this role, you will support the Sales team in delivering a sophisticated and powerful tool that has the potential to transform our clients’ operations.
If you are passionate about solving problems by aligning customer business processes with our solutions, demonstrating product value, and contributing to successful deal closures alongside an Account Executive, this position could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting all sales activities by developing and delivering high-quality Lemax presentations and demonstrations
- Developing customer-specific value propositions, highlighting the unique benefits and differentiators of Lemax
- Understanding customer’s needs and pain points, mapping them to the Lemax solution
- Conducting solution workshops and Proof of Concepts for prospective clients
- Gather inputs and support the business case creation process in collaboration with the Account Executive
- Working in a cross-functional team – coordinating and working closely with the Product team to understand functionalities and define potential upgrades or developments, with the Implementation team to ensure smooth and efficient handovers of won deals, adhering to the Lemax customer journey process
- Providing insights on new market trends for product development
- Understanding the competitive landscape to effectively differentiate the Lemax solution
- Representing Lemax at various industry marketing and sales events

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or product consultancy
- Experience working with complex software systems
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to deeply analyze market and customer data
- Adept at delivering clear and compelling presentations to diverse audiences, from C-Level executives to end users
- English language proficiency required
