Your role:

We are seeking Senior Software Developers to bring expertise to our growing team. In this role, you will be a key part of one of our core development teams, working closely with Senior Product Manager and Senior QA Analyst. Together, your mission is to drive development, tackle challenges, and empower other colleagues as they contribute on a delivery basis. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead development within your team, solving technical bottlenecks, ensuring performance, and supporting the team
• Drive best practices in SDLC: clean code, automatic testing, PR reviews, technical documentation and process improvements
• Mentor and challenge your peers enabling their technical and personal growth
• Develop, maintain, and optimize our SaaS platform using .NET, C#, and MS SQL
• Work in an agile, scale-up environment where your contribution shapes the product and the industry

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, ideally in SaaS
• Expertise in .NET/C# or Java and MS SQL
• Strategic thinker with a passion for breaking down complex systems
• Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives
• Proficiency in both Croatian and English
• Experience in profiling, monitoring (Kibana, New Relic), CI/CD, Jenkins, DevOps is a plus
• Experience with optimizing the performance of complex systems is a plus
