Your role:

We are seeking Mid / Senior Software Developers to bring expertise to our growing team. In this role, you will be part of one of our development teams, working closely with Product Manager and QA Engineers. Together, your mission is to contribute to product development, tackle complex problems, and collaborate closely with teammates to deliver high-quality solutions. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain our flagship SaaS product
• Drive best practices in SDLC: clean code, automatic testing, PR reviews, technical documentation, and process improvements
• Mentor and challenge your peers, foster knowledge sharing, and good team collaboration
• Develop, maintain, and optimize our SaaS platform using .NET, C#, and MS SQL
• Work in an agile, scale-up environment where your contribution shapes the product and the industry

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, ideally in SaaS
• Expertise in .NET/C# (or Java) and MS SQL
• Strategic thinker with a passion for breaking down complex systems
• Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in both Croatian and English
• Experience in profiling, monitoring (Kibana, New Relic), CI/CD, Jenkins, DevOps is a plus
• Experience with optimizing the performance of complex systems is a plus
