Our Product and Engineering are organized into product streams, each including roles such as product manager, software developers, and QA.  Streams offer our team a structured approach to managing complex software, fostering specialization, efficiency, and improved customer support while enabling proactive management and development within specific business-functional areas. We are currently looking for new members in our QA team, at both mid and senior levels. Check also our other open position in the QA team

From QA Engineer (mid-level), we expect knowledge and experience, but also a drive to continue building best practices, gaining further experience, and collaborating with the team to create the best product. They should think beyond just technology, have a business-oriented mindset, and be ready to take ownership of the part of the system they work on.

Key responsibilites:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, and test cases based on product specifications 
  • Performing different types of manual testing 
  • Preparing and executing regression testing before release 
  • Implementing and maintaining performance testing
  • Documenting and reporting defects and tracking them to resolution
  • Analyzing root causes and creating countermeasures for problems
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to testing activities and process improvements
  • Analyzing test results and identifying and reporting associated risks
  • Sharing QA experience and knowledge with colleagues
  • Collaborating as part of a cross-functional team

Who are we looking for in a QA Engineer?  

  • 3+ years of software quality assurance experience, preferably in SaaS products
  • Mindset oriented towards the client, domain, and business
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, and SDLC
  • Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect report
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Knowledge and application of various testing techniques
  • Experience in API testing, and performance testing (Postman, jMeter)
  • Experience with database testing and writing SQL queries
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication in order to signal risks and explain complex ideas and procedures step by step within an organization
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good organizational skills and and adaptability to manage evolving priorities
