We are now strengthening our Implementation team as we engage more with enterprise customers and extend our customer base. This department is dedicated to ensuring the successful delivery and software adoption of our product. By deeply understanding our product, customer needs, and Lemax’s strategy, our aim is to maximize the value our solutions provide to customers.

The primary focus of the Enterprise Project Manager is to effectively manage and lead large, complex implementation projects by coordinating project teams and developing new product functionalities for our enterprise-tier clients. Additionally, the role involves guiding our customers through the automation and digital transformation process to help them achieve their business goals using Lemax. We seek a candidate who thrives on challenges and is committed to delivering exceptional business value through strategic project execution and team empowerment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing large implementation projects for our flagship SaaS product 
  • Building strong customer relationships to understand challenges and needs, optimize solutions, and deliver business value
  • Guiding customers on main business processes and priorities and leading change management during their digital transformation process
  • Developing comprehensive project plans with customers and our team – outlining scope, timeline, milestones, deliverables, etc.
  • Identifying project resource needs, managing staffing, and overseeing training 
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress and ensuring high software adoption rates
  • Serving as the escalation contact for customers and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Maintaining high-quality project documentation
  • Engaging in the pre-sales process to support Sales team in defining project scope, timeline, and understanding customer requirements
  • Mentoring and empowering team members to enhance team capabilities and expertise
  • Championing process improvement and innovation within the team 
  • Contributing to defining and executing strategic initiatives to achieve company goals
  • Collaborating with colleagues from other departments

Who are we looking for in an Enterprise Project Manager?

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a consultant/business analyst/project manager, with a total of 15+ years of overall experience
  • Successful track record of leading enterprise software projects
  • Technical proficiency and the capability to delve into the specifics of software projects
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate strong project teams
  • Strong business acumen, supporting company goals with a holistic perspective
  • Proficiency in Croatian and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
