Silk Tour will be using Lemax Software as an incoming tour operator software for their operations in Dubai, UAE. The Lemax Software will be used for back office operations and will be connected to the Silk Tour website using the Lemax API, to enable online booking. We hope to see the full integration of existing website of Silk Tour to the Lemax software within the shortest time possible so that Silk Tour can fully take advantage of the Lemax Software options and possibilities.
The products that Lemax Software will be used for are tours and hotel accommodation in the Dubai area. The software will be used for managing prices and availability, monitoring reservations, tracking payments and issuing documents. Once the integration with the Lemax API is completed, the software will allow full online booking of tours and hotel accommodation.
